About the Role
We are seeking a self-motivated, goal-driven Sales Associate to help expand our footprint across Washington and Oregon. This is a commission-based role perfect for someone who loves connecting businesses with solutions, has a knack for storytelling, and thrives in a flexible, supportive environment. As a key player in our dynamic and collaborative team, you’ll identify opportunities, build relationships, and drive growth for our organization.
What You’ll Do:
Identify and Target Clients: Seek out businesses in need of digital marketing solutions, brand development, web design and development, multicultural marketing, research, and content creation.
Build Relationships: Develop long-term partnerships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Lead Generation: Generate qualified leads through networking, cold outreach, social media, and email.
Sales Strategy: Work alongside our marketing team to create winning sales pitches.
Exceed Targets: Meet and surpass sales targets and KPIs monthly and quarterly.
Present and Propose: Prepare and deliver engaging proposals that showcase the value of our services.
Request for Proposals(RFP): Identity RFPs via subscription to government sites, research and connections. Support the development of the response to the RFPs by doing extensive research on the companies and organizations as well as the industries in which these entities operate.
Feedback Loop: Provide valuable insights to management on market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Ideal Candidate
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Organized, self-starting, and motivated by goals
Comfortable with cold outreach and building new relationships
Interested in marketing, branding, and creative services
Enthusiastic, collaborative, and easy to work with
Sales experience for marketing agency or overall says experience a plus
Compensation Structure
Paid Training: We will pay the Sales Associate for training hours.
Base Compensation: The Sales Associate will be compensated for up to 40 hrs per month to meet with MCA owners on a regular basis to identify target companies, review RFPs, do research for RFP proposals, cold call/email.
Commission Structure: The Sales Associate will receive a commission based compensation of 10 to 30 % of the total contract value depending on agreed upon commission structure. We are open to exploring different sales commission structures with the candidate.

MCA is a remote company with headquarters in Tacoma, WA. While this is a remote position, we prefer candidates based in the Washington/Oregon area for occasional in-person meetings and local market insight.
