Pain Point: AIM Counseling sees a wide range of clients in multiple identities, ages, and challenges. With such a broad offering, finding that differentiator and specific appeal was challenging.

Approach

This DIY mental health professional enlisted the use of AI to generate a logo for her practice. But the result was an unfinished product and a website that lacked depth and the necessary information needed to propel her brand forward. Inspired by her rough beginnings of a logo, we developed a logo that was not only more practical and identifiable but also a reflection of our client’s values. After completion of the rebrand, we designed and developed her website, and standardized her brand presence across social media and other digital outlets. We currently create and manage all of her content such as her blog, social media, and website. AIM Counseling specializes in serving children aged 6 and up, families, and neurodivergent clients of all ages. Because many of AIM Counseling’s ideal clients are neurodivergent, we create social media visual content and captions that are specially formulated to be easy-to-read and eye-grabbing for neurodivergent folks. Considerations include a clear hierarchy of graphic elements, high contrast colors, fewer distracting elements, and limiting word count.
